i suspect too much chocolate binging tbh

Unless you're consuming more than copious amounts of chocolate, I think your chocolate intake is good lol. Try something for me. 

1. get an extra hour of sleep for 2 weeks

2. Cut your sugar by 1/3 (this includes white flours)

3. Take flax seed oil 

4. Cut back on the endurance running

5. Lift heavier weights with more rest

6. Sprint

7. take contrast showers after training

Do that for two weeks. See how you feel!

nothing definite really but i'm trying to gain weight and be able to dunk.

i was pretty skinny (i'm between 6'0 and 6'1, weighed sub 150) but now i'm up to 162 and i've been hovering around there for a while. just trying to keep gaining weight to the point where i feel and look good. if i had to put a number on it, probably around 175. we'll see though.

how old are you?

You sound like me when I was around 18 or 19 (except I could dunk - I killed a certain stereotype)

Despite years and years of trying, I never gained until my body filled out naturally around age 26.

best i can do is jump and hang on the rim. not so sure i can do that anymore though, i got lazy for a bit.

Hey all, a certain fat individual from smack central reminded me to fill you guys in on my training. It's been hectic here but I've been fortunate to get enough sleep and have the opportunity to train twice a day. I lift in the AM and perform calisthenics and aerobic or anaerobic cardio in the PM. Properly spaced, these workouts have really boosted endurance in the weight room. I've also cut weight. I went from 198 when I left to about 185 right now. This is exactly where I wanna be. How's all of you guys' training going?

I'm doing well... Killed legs Monday, back Tuesday and chest yesterday...

Sore today and did cardio...

Felt much better this week...

I'll be killing chest today as well. The gym here on post is phenomenal. Actually both bases I've been on have great gyms. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I see a power rack and matting.

nope. still got nothing.

keeping focused on the positive, i'm still in better shape now than i was this time last year. i'm just not making any progress.

That's the key psc. Have you changed programs up? You could be getting stale from the same rotation.
