dude I have like 80-90% of the signs for cushings syndrome but my bloodwork has always been normal

What do you do for a living?! That much cortisol in a life is deadly. Weight gain is only symptom. PM me. I have something you should read.

  • 3 weeks later...

Hello my friends and fellow iron crushers! It's been a hectic few weeks with training and such, but I decided the other day that I was going to stay accountable to myself and keep this thread updated. My training is coming along great! I had some set backs from some really rough illnesses but I was able to recover and carry on. I have a beast of training partner now so he keeps me moving ahead. Thought I would fill you guys in in my new program.

Tues- back

Wed- shoulders

Mine's going good. Took a break end of last week for a business trip but managed to workout some at the hotel anyway...

Back at it this week at the gym... Doing more cardio in the current cycle.

Awesome! Are you trying to slim down?

Today's training:

Neutral grip weighted pull-ups 8x5

Bent over BB rows 10,10,8,5

BB shrugs 315x3x5

Super sets:

Lat pulls & Mach. Rows 4x max reps

Straight arm pull down & low back extension 4x max reps

DB rows 4x10 HEAVY!!

DB shrugs 4x5 could of done more but my callouses ripped.

More just a cut phase than slim down... I've actually had several people ask if I've lost some weight (I haven't) but I think it's because I've put more muscle on...

I guarantee you've lost inches the weight will come. Often people's bodies don't allow them to lose weight right off the bat because of genetic pre disposition to caloric starvation mode. Hell of a job man.

I'm hitting it about as hard as I can...

Just switched it up to add additional cardio... Trying to keep it different.
