I voted C.  I like the cracked texture in the first two, but the shading at the top and bottom of the letters makes it a little difficult to read.  Good job though.  

 

EDIT:  Meant the shading and the cracked texture together is tough to read

I like the one line of text, and the texture to differentiate your logo from the team's logo. (Legal stuff) more easily avoided.
