The book Cam mentions is a self-help about interpersonal skills, effective leadership, and personal development. Regardless of the effectiveness of the book, I'm impressed that Cam is working hard at improving himself as a person and not just as a football player.

Thought the same thing. He is really putting it all together and it's amazing to see.

Yea I can't watch it.  Everytime i play it  it plays for about 30 seconds then a fuging ad comes on, restarts the video and 30 seconds later i get hit with an ad again.

Outstanding video. I loved that Cam was honest. You could kind of tell he was tired from practice and didn't have the energy to filter his responses. If more people saw him like this it would cut down on all the hate he gets.
