I understand Rivera viewpoint but at the same time you want your guys to have that fire and passion. He along with the players need to understand that perfect balance of intensity but you don't want to hurt your teammates.

If the secondary can make up for a lack of coverage skills by developing a reputation for bringing the lumber, I will be a much happier person.
