I wish Rivera had the same attitude as Mike Tomlin man. It's all about winning and the next man up with that dude. If Jerry Richardson wants to be like the Steelers, he needs to hire a head coach like Tomlin. Will Rivera ever have that? I honestly don't know.

How do you know how Tomlin would act if he had too build a team as Rivera has.

Tomlin was handed a SB team with a franchise QB and vet coordinators.

His main job was not to screw it up.

Lets see how he coaches when the wheels fall off.

Bad comparison.

PS.......you don't think Rivera preaches "next man up"????
