Over/Under

Week 1 we seek revenge from last years heartbreaking loss against the Seahawks.

In that game Stewart and Williams combined for a total of 10 carries for only 22 yards.

So over or under 10 carries for Williams and Stewart week 1?

I'm going to say over. I would like to see them hit the 24 carry mark combined.

Over, but I think it will Williams and Barner.

I've stated this before and I'll say it again... Having Barner allows Stewart to focus on getting 100% healthy. There have been times when Stewart has returned too soon from injuries and now it's starting to hurt him. Stewart needs to focus on getting 100%. Whether he returns week 2 or week 15, Barner doesn't make Stewart expendable but he allows Stewart to take his time on the road to recovery.

I say D-Lo gets 14, If Stew doesn't participate at all in tc or preseason he's probably going to slowly get reacclimated and I don't see him getting many snaps if any at all. Barner and Tolbert probably see about 5 each if Stew is out too. most of all though I just hope Cam has a great game and shuts Sherman the fug up!

The Stewart injury is interesting with so much talk of Williams being gone after this season. If Stewart misses a lot of time then I don't know if we could afford to keep him over Williams.

I've always had the opinion that 34 is the better back. They're two completely different styles but I'd take D-Wil over Stew a majority of the time.

I think Stewart and Williams should watch their backs.  Barner is quickly becoming a eye-opener in camp.  Reviews are coming in describing him as shifty, quick, a low runner, explosive.  The kid had over 2,000 yards of offense last year at Oregon and 23 TD's.

I am looking for something like 15 carries for DeLo and 10 more for Barner as I do not think Stew will be 100% by the Seattle game.

Throw in Tolbert's 5 and Cam's 5 and we should have at least 35 carries as a team.

And a fuging win.

we can't really afford either...  I'm ready for the Tolbert/Barner train to take off sooner than later..   Cap hit will be an issue unfortunately.
