Not even close.  Gettis has proven on the field that he can play at a professional level.  Armanti hasn't even come close.  One good year >> one good play.

im no Gettis fan, but when on the field the guy has produced.although it was 2010, he has not seen the field since then. if you are giving Edwards all those reps, i would love to see what Gettis could do with some reps. producing in practice, and producing on sundays should take an effect.

Why do people have to constantly trash one player in order to prop up another?

I hope Gettis succeeds, just as much as I do the rest of our guys. We need all the help we can get at WR.
