Fan Fest

So I'm going to take the kids to their first and my first fan fest next weekend. I couldn't find a lot of details other than when the gate opens. It's free right and the Panthers hold one practice? Trying to gauge what time I should arrive and what there is to do. Any suggestions on activities they usually have for kids? Sorry if this is posted somewhere; I'm too lazy and had too many beers to search.

Uhhh, at-least 1hour before gates.There will be activities for the kids.
