Austin has looked terrible.... but it's still early.

I'm not gonna lie, I was attracted to the idea of Austin at 14 but he did worry me with his route running and lack of physicality. That, and the only reason he went from a 2-3 round prospect was because of his 40 speed.

 

 

I would liked to have him at 14 but cant complain as Star is a lot better.  Austin doesn't have the leaping ability but once he gets used to the NFL he will be special.  Really wanted Bailey in the 3rd though he is going to be one of those wr's that will have a long career and be catching everything.

Hopefully, but he's been scaring Ram fans all preseason long. One of them at Turf Times labeled him Ginn Jr 2.0. Bailey isn't flashy but he has good hands and great route running.

 

Oh yeah Rams over paid for him.  Right now if I was a Rams fan I would be mad.

I really like this Rams team. I think they can definitely make a push to win that Division or at worst 2nd in the division. Offensively they need some work at the receiving and quarterback positions. OL is one of the best IMO. The defense is going to have a chance of being a top10.

This team reminds me a lot of Fisher's old Titans team in the past. Built almost identically. Front 7 is serious.

laurinaitis, Olgetree, and Witherspoon makes up a damn good LB corp too.

Jared Cook will be a good receiving option. The receivers are in question, but at the end it comes down to Bradford. Sam better step up his game.

I didn't know he was with the Rams. Not just that I didn't have a clue they switched him from "safety" to "LB"!!!! The kid can flat out play. I knew the kid had talents!

This is why I'm not buying into any Miami hype. They're just being overaggressive and overpaying for players. Franchises like that tend to put all their eggs in a few baskets -- they don't have the depth to go very far.
