I can help you out a bit. It depends on what type of atmosphere you are looking for. Brixx pizza is actually a solid spot. Great views of huge TVs at any seat, good pizza, and quality beer selections. Of the typical sports bars- our bdubs is decent and fox and hound isn't bad either. Wild wing is your typical franchise wild wing. Haven't had great luck watching the games down town or at the beach yet. I know there will be some hardcore panther fans, probably including me, up at "the beach house". Good little watering hole fun indoor cornhole, cheap ass drinks, and tons of panther fans. You can talk straight panthers the entire time to most people. I would go there without the kids though. Good luck, can't wait to see Wilson on his ass in their first 3 and out/butt fumble touchdown recovered by hardy.

so due to my brother-in-law picking the worst date in the history of mankind to get married at the worst possible time of day to get married, i will find myself scrambling to leave the wedding on the verge of appropriateness (which i don't care about since his fiance hates my ass anyway) to find a place to watch the game.

the panthers-seahawks game.

on opening. freaking. day.

the wedding is in wrightsville beach and the ceremony is at 11am, so basically i have to calculate hauling ass out of there in time to zip to a bar in the wilmington area in time to make the opening kickoff. preferably a decent place, though i am not opposed to a dive bar. the wife and kid may be with me (or they might drop me off there and go do beachy things, i don't know.)

anyway help a brother out.

My house.

Kurb's house or Biscuit's house. I'd offer my parents house and you could go there to watch it, but I don't want you seeing all the sexy pictures of me as a youth.

Yep, you are absolutely welcome to come over and watch.

You really can't go wrong around here. I tend to hit up Ale House, BWW, or Wild Wing Cafe at Mayfaire

This.  Pretty much everywhere here is going to have it on.

BWW's is where I typically migrate to for games and UFC fights.  Food is always good and if you get there early enough you can get a good seat.

Wild Wing is closer to the beach, but it's worth the extra 3 minute drive to go to BWW.

We should try to get us ILM folks together more often for games...would be fun...
