its kindof a winning scenario if you think out of the norm? this entire roster from ground up to the very top are all playing for thier personal futures. Gettlemen may not have the sort of pressure as others. but for such a young roster & developing qb. this season becomes imperative for all of the guys trying to make an impact. in other words a guy like lafelle could disappear if we don't win. but a guy like mcdermott could be a head coach if he has another top 10 defense? rivera really placed his future in shulas hands. so this could be it for both of them? or they could come out a victors? which makes gettlemen look even better. so apart from all the talent & know how, you've got a team unity motivated in severity.
