not sure Charles Godfrey will be on the team after this season....we're over the cap in 2014

and he'll be making over 7 million dollars.

we're de-emphasizing the dbs, owe big money to Hardy and Cam, and adding hog mollies to

put more pressure on the QB.

I hope he'll restructure.

We're right at 120 mil for next season. This isn't counting ten mil we can carry over from this year. This is also with beason having an 11mil cap hit which I doubt happens. Well be fine.

I'm think a lot of our games this season will be decided late in the 4th quarter. If I'm an opposing team facing the Panthers, then I'm going use slant routes like the Chiefs and Bears used to exploit our CBs. The Chiefs scored the game winning TD using a slant route against Norman, who played it wrong. The Bears moved down the field with total ease by calling the same slant route against Norman several times in a row to move into scoring position and win.

A more talented and experienced CB would be able to contest the slant route better, but we had to take the best players the draft had to offer.

i'm far more worried about the OL than i am about our secondary

I think any fan who saw the Denver game would be really worried. Bell and Silatolu were horrible in pass protection to the point where they looked like they didn't belong in the NFL.

i really think having competency at RG could make the difference between 8-8 and 10-6.

Well Piggy looks terrible to me in run blocking, and Amini has a lot of problems with stunts and delayed blitzes. I thought for sure we would bring in a CB and RG via FA, or draft them. There has to be a better option at RG floating around out there. I can't tell you how many times I just starred at Piggy on every play and couldn't believe he was a starting RG in the NFL. Watching him try to run is quite a spectacle.
