We've had another 6 inches in the past couple days just south of Raleigh...

 

There are fields here that have been turned into ponds. The Neuse River is also visibly up about 18 feet from normal levels...

Tomorrow I'm gonna ask my 97 year old grandpa if he's ever seen this wet of a year in his life in this area, and I almost guarantee the answer will be no.
