Rain...

Had to reschedule almost half of my son's t-ball games this season..

I 2nd Cat's motion, a simple day in the pool is almost unheard of. As long as there's no thunder & lightining I just tell the kids to get back in the pool, youre already wet....

If you can get a lull in the rain long enough to cut your grass and then spray the yard with thius stuff, I recommend it. It works keeping the mosquitos at bay. I suggest spraying into the neighbor's yards too, recall reading somewhere that mosquitos only travel about 50ft....

by the looks of the rainfall data, it looks like we're at a surplus of about 7 inches (TWSS) above normal for the year.

But not quite on record pace for the wettest year, which was 68" in 1884.

2013 has been a wet one for sure.

YES!

-It's screwing with my tennis class and practicing

-we can't just have a simple pool day outside with the kid

-bike trails are too nasty to go riding on

-lawn furniture is in the garage because we can't finish painting it without it starting to rain, so my car is outside of the garage

-lawn is so freakin wet, hasn't been mowed in two weeks

-i keep putting round up on some horrible weeds I want gone but the rain keeps washing it away

I've been playing for a few years now and I need to work on my serve
