Per Rotoworld through ESPN,

The Bobcats reportedly offered to trade Raja Bell to the Warriors for Kelenna Azubuike and Marco Belinelli, but the offer was declined.

Bell, a solid defender and capable perimeter threat, helped turn around Charlotte's season after being traded from the Suns. In order to have fantasy value he needs a starting gig on a team that gives him the green-light from downtown.
