are deadly.  4 people drowned in 3 days at Brunswick County beaches.  Get your poo together before you go swimming at the ocean specially those with OUT lifeguards.

That's a shame. Near me all the beaches have ocean rescue and life guards. Does not stop everything but they save quite a few lives.

My beach home is in Sunset and I'm down here now... . never seen the water this bad in all the 16 years or so since I've been coming here. Spent my entire life around and in the ocean and I'm a pretty experienced ocean swimmer, but this is even a little rough for me.

In North Myrtle Beach more than 100 people had to be rescued.

Just try to conserve as much energy as possible and stay on top of the water.

 

As soon as it's deep enough it will stop pulling you and you can pick a house at an angle and go toward it.

I went swimming at the beach in Norfolk at 1 am the other week. There was nobody else on the beach and it was stormy. That ocean was whipping me all around. It tried taking me out a few times but I'm an expert swimmer

I fell asleep on a raft once and woke up without land in sight. Luckily I chose the correct direction to paddle. Scary poo.
