Zeller's workout video from Sacramento is awesome. 

 

BUT... I wanted Bennett or McLemore.  I think Cleveland made the right move with Anthony Bennett @ #1.

I was shocked at first, but I really like the pick now. I think Zeller has the potential to be a all star type player. You know he is going to work hard and get better. I really like that our team has a bunch of gym rats that want to be great.

 

He did really well in this draft workout and the Hornets draft workout

I just watched the video on our website and he does look like a Pau Gasol. He is a much better shooter than he was given credit for.

After watching that Sacremento tape I'm even more convinced that this is our guy. His offense is on point. His shot is fluid and natural and his post moves are quick and decisive. Nothing to bitch about that I can see.

I just listened to the Cho/Higgins draft press conference and he made a great point... when he and OKC picked Westbrook at number four, no one expected it and a lot of people criticized that pick.

At 7 foot, it doesn't matter what your wingspan is... especially if you have a 37.5 max vert.

6'10 with a standing vertical of 35.5'...

 

He'll be fine, especially since he's a seven footer.

 

It's not like many seven footers are playing the power forward position anyway.
