2013 NBA Draft Thread

Recommended Posts

Wouldn't trade 5/13 for CP3, drafted Ammo, passed on Lopez for DJ, took Cody at #4 with hopes he will be Brad Miller or David Lee. Idiots replaced by idiots making the picks.

Richard Cho has been successful where ever he's been, he's far from being an idiot.

On WFNZ, Bernie Bickerstaff put that rumor to rest. He said CP3 for 5/13 wasn't on the table. Lopez was before Cho. Stop looking in the past. Cho has done well collecting assets and we shall see about his picks but so far they don't look too bad.

If Cody turns out to be anything close to Love...I will eat a Bobcat.

He has a chance to be a scorer like Love and I think you'll see it right off the bat with him being a high focus on offense his rookie year. He's got similar range to Love coming out of the draft, doesn't have the same rebounding ability but Zeller can be a 8-9 RPG type of stretch 4 player.

    • I find it more like now that I have been forced to watch Young so much it isn’t as much of a shock to my senses.   Desensitized they call it.   For real, it just looks normal almost now. Where the first game of 2023 I wasn’t sure what I was looking at it was so out of bounds for NFL type play. I literally couldn’t make sense of what I had seen vs Atlanta that first week.
    • Lynch in SF. Great is subjective but he has done pretty well there.
    • Sure, except Stroud has the ability to stretch the field with deep passes. He did that often last night with ease, but couldn’t connect on many due to being flustered by the defense. BY9 gets flustered and can’t throw screens, let alone even think about any deeper passes. Stroud would’ve changed the franchise and done more with the situation last year. My thought at least.    the hope is that last year showed tepper that he needed to step back from football decisions. There’s a positive in most situations and maybe we’ll see a new tepper in the near future.
