2013 NBA Draft Thread

Some of you guys act line Zeller us garbage.

Truth is he is probably the most complete all around big in the draft.

For those of you who didn't want offensive projects this is the guy.

Not as much upside as Noel or Len though but provably a safer pick.

I have a nasty feeling well take Zeller at 4....ugh. What's his max Brad Miller.

brad miller was a multiple time all-star. I would love to get a brad miller at #4 in this draft.

i'll say this: i don't think people would be questioning this pick if he were black. a highly productive, highly athletic 20 year old 7 footer who unlike his other big man counterparts actually can stay healthy enough to get on the court. People assume he's some shitty slow white boy. People were saying the same things about kevin love despite his excellent combine numbers as well.

He's not bad, and he's probably the most safe big, but McLemore can be an all-star.... we may regret this.

Yeah Brad Miller wasn't bad.

They think that because most white guys that aren't shooters DO suck lol.  I'm not sure how that'll go here.  But you're right, there's Kevin Love, David Lee, Gasol, etc, it's not really true anymore.

TRY TO CONVINCE ME THAT ZELLER WAS THE RIGHT PICK. TRY TO TELL ME WHY HE'D BE THE NEXT PAU GASOL.

He's more athletic then Gasol, Zeller is overly athletic and has the record for highest vertical ever. He's got speed similar to a small PF or big SF, he can run the floor really well. He's got range on a good jump shot and has the ability to play with his back to the basket.

When he went up against Anthony Davis in 2011 in two games. He scored 31 points and 14 rebounds on 13 of 22 shooting "59%".

He's a better shooter then Davis and he's just as athletic but is actually a better jumper and faster then Davis.
