Does anyone happen to remember the epic MNF post from years ago?

2003-04 Playoff win against Dallas was the BEST home game of all time......crowd and atmosphere was completely insane.

Don't doubt it.  Wasn't there.

My post was about games that i've attended.  I'm sure others were better.

I was at the Monday night game back when we had Keyshawn and half the upper bowl left at halftime. We came roaring back and won. Then I was at the famous ground and pound game that ended Gruden's coaching career. I had some very nice people from Tampa Bay behind me that said they came to Charlotte because it was the only stadium they don't get beat up in. I'm sorry but I'm a little too nice to visitors. It's just my nature.

Then I was at the game. You know...THAT game. The game that ended the Panthers relevancy for the next 4 seasons. That was one of the most painful memories as a Panther fan. Even after the Super Bowl I held my head high because we represented ourselves so well.

Gotcha....

But, the Monday Night TB game was CLEARLY the next best atmosphere to the playoff win.

I would have said the zona playoff game in 08.  The player intros and first drive of that game were unlike anything i've experienced.

Unfortunatley, it only lasted about 30 minutes.

The other thing that sickens me most about the Zona playoff game was that the Giants lost as well.  Had we beaten Arizona, the NFC Championship would have been played in Charlotte.  That is probably the thing that stings the most to me about that loss.

True....the pre-game, intros, and part of 1st quarter were unbelievable.  When we marched down the field on the opening drive and scored, the place was electric.

Then the wheels fell off and I have attempted to erase that night from my memory bank.
