I believe the film is set in Rhode Island.

Just realized it comes out this Friday...FUG YES will be seeing this weekend.

Rotten Tomatoes currently has it at 90% fresh based on 32 reviews, which is kind of unheard of for a horror film.

I can't be the only one who doesn't "get" scary movies am I?  Often times they're just ridiculous/not scary and overall bad films IMO.

The whole point in scary films to to get a hot girl to watch it with you, so she gets scared and wants you to make her feel safe. That has been the entire point of horror films since cinematography made it's debut. How do you not get that?

I think its a cross between The Amityville Horror and The Exorcist.  If you're a horror movie junkie you can pretty much pick the spots where you're supposed to jump.  Even though I knew when it was coming it still managed to get me.  I really liked it, pretty much everyone in the theater was pretty freaked out.

So pretty much just another Horror Movie?

The Exorcist was the scariest movie ever, I watched it one time and never plan on watching it again.
