WSOC-TV to Broadcast the Pats-Panthers MNF Game in the Charlotte Market...but wait..it gets better

Recommended Posts

Done.

"I think it's a joke you are going to air Redskins game's during the season.  This is why our city is overrun with other NFL fans during the season, we cater to them.  If they want to watch a Redskins game, they can go to a bar or order NFL ticket.  This is the Panthers backyard.  You don't see the Packers airing Vikings games in Minnesota.  "

You can't blame them, it's just business for them, it is the people that are watching it that are to blame.

Sure.  I agree. But I can't yell at all those idiots.  I know it's pointless but want them to know how many of us feel.

Here's a link to WSOC-TV's feedback submission form, let them know what you think about airing Foreskin games in our market.

"What on Earth made you think that airing Washington Redskins games in Charlotte was a good idea? This is the home of the Panthers and you are going out of your way to air their competitors in their home market. That is a slap in the face to fans and is down right insulting for the team.

If you follow through with these plans then I will go out of my way to avoid watching any sporting event (NFL related or not) on your network. I will find an online stream and watch on my computer before I sit down in front of a TV and watch sports on your network."

what? this was redskins and colts country from the 50's and 60's, these oldtime longstanding fans of the nfl loved their teams and still do. by your reasoning anyone without a team in their region isnt a true fan, and this coming from someone who probably didnt even watch the nfl until the panthers came to charlotte. you have no idea of what you speak.

I'm 41 and I grew up a Skins fan, but when the NFL saw fit to put a team in my city/region I figured the least I could do is support it.
