What is your point for naming the names of the different beliefs?  I don't know if Zeus is really a god other than in the mythical form.  However, you are dumb and for you to have Richard Simmons as your pic, you are really dumb.

Maybe he's Richard Simmons.

Ok, I study neuropsychology for a living.  I have never once heard of a brain injury causing homosexuality.

By saying "They aren't all there" or functionally retarded you are implying that they are less than "normal" people like yourself.  This is narcissistic if not completely bigoted.

Yes, there are multiple genes responsible for homosexuality, just as their are multiple genes responsible for your eye color.  It DOES NOT imply that they are any lesser than anyone else.

Homosexuality has been seen in all cultures, dates back as far as our written text, and has been documented in over 500 species.  It is as natural an occurrence as attached earlobes .

So when did they find these genes?  I can't find anything about it. In fact everything I see is the opposite.

"The hereditary link of homosexuality has long been established, but scientists knew it was not a strictly genetic link, because there are many pairs of identical twins who have differing sexualities. Scientists from the National Institute for Mathematical and Biological Synthesis say homosexuality seems to have an epigenetic, not a genetic link.:

You can't be serious.

Hey, you should try to see the world through his eyes for a second.  Every day, going outside, not knowing whether you could be attacked by a gay at any moment.  You could be standing in line for a burger when bam! 2 gay guys attack you and turn you into one of them

Its probably very scary for him

So we are really splitting hairs now, this is fun.

Epigenetics refers to the phenotypic expression of DNA.  This means that, the DNA that makes you, which there are usually two copies of most genetic sequences, picks and chooses which genetic sequences to bring to the surface.  By saying homosexuality is epigenetic, you are simply stating that the phenotypic expression of homosexuality is not the only way these genes can be expressed.  This is 100% obvious as we look at twin studies.  If there were not epigenetic influence on our DNA, we would have a 1-1 100% twin study.  If you have a  gay twin, you would be 100% likely to be gay.  If you have a gay parent, you would have a 50% chance of being gay.  We understand that it doesn't work like this.  The genetic link is not 1-1, actually twin studies have shown 30% link to pure genetics.  The environment will always play a role in gene expression regardless of the gene itself.  Even the fact that you are a male or female was acted upon by the environment at some point in your development.

Good question though!  I love it!
