Well there are opinions and everyone is entitled to their opinions but I haven't attacked one single person, which is considered bullying.  I haven't bad mouth one single person I have just diagnosed an issue that most people don't want to touch because no one wants to be considered politically incorrect.

people with intellect don't result to calling names when they feel like they have run out of ammo.  If your gun isn't loaded or you are shooting blanks then you need to start out with the name calling so you can build up the momentum.  if you are going to insult someone, then make then feel stupid.  when you result to calling someone stupid without a strong foundation to back it up, then you have taken the low road which is a cop out.

 

i expect more those with a masters and i expect some of the best lines from someone with a phd.  if you have a phd and result to a junior high name calling plateau then sorry i don't believe you and if you do have a degree then you were just flat out lucky.

i've said this before. America has a tendency of being the last place to do something "progressive" but the first to pat themselves on the back when they finally get something right.   A gay NFL player making it that far in the profession with all of the homophobia he/she has more than likely witnessed/experienced is the definition of character and perserverence. That takes balls.  But mob America will poo on this person. Jackie Robinson comes to mind. And yes there is a similarity between race and sexuality in this context.  Once a gay player comes out, and plays, over time it won't be as much of an issue. It will open doors for many.

 

I want this team to be the best it can be. For example, if the rumors are true about Kerry Rhodes and he can help this team. Sign that dude. My only hope is that the rest of the Panthers organization and fans would support him.

 

I'm not sure I agree with this analogy. There is no similarity. The story behind Jackie Robinson is that of Africans being enslaved, raped, and lynched(murdered). Act of genocide is NOT similar to someone who wants to describe to the public what they do in their own privacy. Appreciate your intent but let's not be careless here. I'd take being a closet homosexual any day over enslavement, raping, and lynching. Let's not minimize what those people went through just 400 years ago which still affect their community till today. If you can't apply it in the proper context just leave it out of the topic. If all Africans like Robinson were worrying about was being found to be black then what are those black people complaining about.

Please, find me one source that is not Urban dictionary that defined functional retardation.   You have no clue what you are talking about and will not listen to common sense.  Retardation is defined by suppressed scores on intelligence testing.  The level of retardation is determined by how low these scores are.

 

No where in the definition of retardation does it mention anything about psychopathology as you claimed previously.  You stated that someone with Multiple Personality Disorder was in fact functionally retarded.  Please, I BEG YOU, provide one credible resource

Jackie Robinson was never a slave.

The story of Jackie Robinson is about him overcoming torment, harassment, threats and outrage by fans who didn't want someone of his skin color playing with white men.

A gay coming out would deal with all of these. Again, there's more to being gay than buttsex.

reading comprehension is either a problem or i didn't explain myself well enough. There is a connection in the reaction from fans between Jackie Robinson playing in MLB during that time period and a homosexual playing in the NFL in this time period. That is all i was saying.

 

Just keep people's race out of this topic. I'm sure the Jews(who are caucasian) would feel insulted as well if you equate a topic about homosexuals to that of the holocaust.
