Wii Video Cables Help!!!

Hotsauce

Recommended Posts

I have been using my Wii on my 48 inch Sharp Aqiuos LCD TV.

When playing Rockband, It is almost impossible to see the words scrolling across the screen. The overall video quality of the game is not very good. I have adjusted the settings on the TV, and they make no difference. Can I adjust the Wii settings? I am new at the wii

Thanks,

1) Are you using the cables that came with it or the component cables? The component cables make a difference and allow you to do progressive input rather than interlaced. If you're having trouble with blurring I would try that. http://store.nintendo.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=117711&currency=USD&catalogId=10001&tranId=0&lastAction=setCurr&storeId=10001&languageId=-1&categoryId=63205&ddkey=http:SetCurrencyPreference

2) Once you get the cable, change the video setting to 480p under the wii settings menu.
