Can somebody identify the part circled in red in the picture below?

2000 Infinity Q45 RWD. The picture of front left side.

 

 

The bushing is busted and i have to replace it.

 

It is not a tie rod, which i though originally.

It's a Sway Bar

Had to replace the sway bar bushings on my wife's expedition a while back.
