The arraignment. The prosecutor went on for 15 minutes listing evidence. A shell casing was found in the rental they returned matching the shell casings found at the murder.

They recovered te surveillance video and all texts and Hernandez keeps texting his buddies to hurry up and get to his house. He then waves a gun around and is angry, yelling about how you can't trust anyone anymore. They pick up the victim and prosecutors are able to track Hernandez's location by cell phone tower and surveillance around town. A camera caught them pulling into the road that leads to the field moments before the shooting. Several witnesses report te shooing minutes later. Surveillance catches only three men leaving in the vehicle a minute later and Hernandez's own surveillance then picks him up on video exiting the car with a gun minutes later. He also left his chewed gum at the crime scene.

 

Damn.  I had not seen the arraignment stuff yet.  Holy crap.  Dude is going to "pound you in the ass prison".

 

What surveillance is it referring to?  His own home security system, or something else?

You got millions of dollars and you couldn't even get rid of the body Aaron? 90% of the time no body no case. You have to be a special kind of stupid not to get rid of the body. The only thing you did do right is get rid of the murder weapon.

That being said as a father it's disgusting that you have the opportunity to provide your child and future wife with a dream life and you throw it away to play gangster.

Like Zod said he has to be psychopath the only explanation for it.

Yeah, on his own security camera. They got him getting out of the car with a firearm after the shooting.

Just the utter stupidity to kill someone two minutes from your home, not even attempting to hide the body, after driving around Boston with that person in a rental car IN YOUR NAME that can easily be tracked back to you, walking around brandishing guns, destroying tapes but not tapes of you holding the gun after the murder....it really is mind-boggling how stupid someone can be.

Then he wakes up Monday after murdering someone and tweets "good morning".

I only wish it happened in Texas so he'd get the fast track to the chair.

I bet it's also a horrible feeling to get in a car with your buddy and two thugs and know you're going to die, so you text your sister so she knows who is about to kill you.

No pity for this POS at all.

Also. They found 5 shell casings, and Odin was hit twice? Three casings at the victim's feet, meaning Hernandez missed at least once at point blank range. How come thugs can never shoot?

If you are so sure someone is going to murder you, to the point you text your sister to let her know who it is that you are with 'just in case', why in the motherfuging world would you get into that car in the first place??

He didn't text his sister until after they had been driving around for a while.  If he knew he would be murdered obviously he wouldn't have gotten in the car.

 

The texts to his sister were minutes before he was shot, supposedly.

 

They said there was a fork in the road near Aaron's house, one way going to his home and the other down a gravel drive towards the industrial complex.  That has got to be a terrifying feeling when they started down the gravel drive at 3am.

I'm in a hotel in Greenville getting ready to move out here to go to ECU. Needless to say there's not a lot to do and I feel like I've been following this thread and case way too much. But I have to say it's astonishing how much evidence there is against him. I don't understand how you can not even attempt to clean up the area, the rental car, your place. It's almost like he wanted to get caught.

He must have missed that episode of CSI.

This guy really needs to be put away for a veeeery long time. I feel bad for his daughter. She does not deserve to have a piece of scum like this as a father. 

 

It looks like there is a definite pattern of people he gets in arguments with at night clubs ending up shot in the face or dead. 

 

3 people dead, and one who lost his eye. 

 

In cases like this, I don't see how anyone could be against the death penalty.

Now the death is making a bit more sense.

 

If Odin was in on the other murder, or knew about it, and slipped up and mentioned it, I can see why AH had to get rid of him.

 

The whole "you can't trust anyone anymore" thing really stood out to me and the double homicide is making it a bit more clear.

 

Wonder if AH was tipped off or discovered somehow that the old case was leading to him and was tying up loose ends.

 

Anything other than that and he is just as stupid as he seems.

 

That said, with that $$$ I would have left the country the night this went down, but that goes back to the smarts thing.
