Update: Aaron Hernandez Charged with Murder/ Cut by the Patriots

Hernandez has been arrested AND released from the Patriots.

The Pats releasing him at this point speaks volumes. They could've waited to see what he was actually charged with. Seems they already have some expectations that this will not end well on Henandez' part.

Well the instances I referenced were those of guilty men going free, which are bad, but I've always felt that the statement "it is better for ten guilty people to go free than for once innocent man to be convicted."

 

I feel that the real flaws in the justice system don't lie within the cases of guilty people never getting caught, but with the tens of thousands of people that  are innocent that are convicted, and in some cases, even death.

He knew they were drawing up a warrant for him and they were basically giving him time to turn himself in and cooperate. Thugs gotta do it the hard way.

Really like the pragmatic move by the pats. Cut him and sever all ties immediately so this circus doesn't interfere with the team. If he gets off they can always resign him.

Nope I havent heard any rumblings. I'll probably know when everyone else does. The courthouse is about a five minute drive from my girlfriends house.

I'm sure the Patriots would love for one of their "employees" to get involved with a media circus that they've attempted to sever all ties with.

If youre really that curious, just watch ESPN. Im sure the coverage will be on around the clock.
