Roger is definitely going to be suspend A.H now.

If Brady has a good to great season this year I will go ahead anoint him the greatest. And I can't stand Brady.

Welker - gone

Gronk - When does he come back from injury.

AH. - dude's gonna be suspending at the minimum now.

Amendola and his RBs and maybe the Goldencalf of Bristol are his weapons....good lord. That's worse than what McNabb ever had.

I know you should not judge the book by it's cover but he just looks like the kind of person that is up to no good.

He started making trouble in the neighborhood. He got in one little fight and his mom got scared now he's moving with his two friends to a cell with no air.

Everyones saying if it was just an obstruction charge, then they would have allowed him to turn himself in. So by the authorities going in to his home and cuffing him, its most likely a higher charge.

Yeah I think he is worse off then obstruction.  He looks like he knows he is done.   Look at his reaction when they walk in the door.

Aaron Dobson is going to be extremely important for them on third downs....

agreed. probably much bigger than obstruction. one of his boys probably turned over on him when they realized that they could be getting hit with it or needed to make a deal.

the only way i could see this still being obstruction is he was told that he should turn himself in and he wouldn't, but thenthe question is why would they need so many cops there for that?

i've got a feeling that the patriots have just gotten their rae carruth.

Patriots statement in email on Hernandez release:
"A young man was murdered last week and we extend our sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss. Words cannot express the disappointment we feel knowing that one of our players was arrested as a result of this investigation. We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing. We support their efforts and respect the process. At this time, we believe this transaction is simply the right thing to do."

Without a doubt the right thing to do.  I hate the Patriots but this was a very classy move.

Good for them.

Just got released via Patriots twitter.

wow.

he must have made the fatal mistake of lying when they asked him if there was anything they should be worried about (and you know they've had to have had that talk).

that's the least of his concerns right now, tho.

My guess is it's for murder. I'm not sure how Massachusetts court systems work, but here in NC, after you are arrested you are taken immediately to a magistrate for a bond, and then he sets the bond. Exceptions are: There is no warrant, but you are caught in the act like robbing a bank. Then, you can question them while someone enters a warrant into the system, if they consent by waiving their miranda rights. If he is charged with murder, Hernandez probably won't have a bond and will have to sit his butt in jail until a trial. After all the stuff he did  with the cell phones, security system, and carpet cleaning, and lawyering up, I hope he never gets out, if he's guilty.
