I doubt he will be given a bail hearing yet.  Also depends on what they charge him with.  

 

If he is charged with murder, I don't think he will be given bail.

I guess bail depends on if they consider him a flight risk.  I imagine he'll probably post bail.

I know you should not judge the book by it's cover but he just looks like the kind of person that is up to no good.

They're most likely going to question him for some time. If he's charged with obstruction he'll most certainly get bail. If its murder he may, but it'll probably very high (as if that'll matter) and he'll have to surrender his passport. He most likely wont have a bail hearing til tomorrow.

Everyones saying if it was just an obstruction charge, then they would have allowed him to turn himself in. So by the authorities going in to his home and cuffing him, its most likely a higher charge.
