Nate Chandler Switching Sides

Recommended Posts

So you went looking again? Nice, glad you took the time out to find a similiar thread. Oddly I put Chandler in too. Must have misspelled it.

Absolutely amazes me that this forum's member are so worried about someone reposting a topic. It was only the second time I have ever used the search. But thanks to you it will be the LAST.

I really don't give a poo if I have reposted a similiar topic or not. I was being semi-concerned that I was but you have made it certain I don't do it again. I didn't find it, you did. So for now on, I'll post because no matter what someone is going to make a comment about reposting or point out, as you did, that it has been posted before.

Eventually it would be nice to see him become a solid LT who one day could replace Gross.

Come on man. Out of all the poo to get mad about you choose this.....spilled milk

You guys get way too worked up over reposts. I check this site a couple times a day or week depending on life. I miss more than I see and I suspect it's the same for many people.

In general I agree, but the only poster to bring it up was me, and I was just trying to add info for the folks who don't check everyday because I remember the topic coming up in May.

That said let's get back to the actual discussion.

Didn't seemed like Xerxes was trying to be an @ss, so don't see why you're being offensive at him.

Jesus OP you have to be the most defensive poster I've ever seen on here...and that's saying a LOT. He pointed out that this topic was posted before, but it's obvious he went out of his way to put it as politely as he possibly could have. I can't imagine what would have happened if someone less courteous had called you out for your repost in the way you typically see Huddlers do it. Not to mention not being able to take the slightest hint of criticism for heaping an exorbitant amount of praise on our o-line and safeties in the other thread you started.

How about in the future you just learn how to spell our players' names right in the search bar so you can avoid the 50 point spike in your blood pressure when someone VERY politely informs you of a repost.

Such an intelligent reply.

I truly dislike when people fuss about others posting a similar topic.   So what, it doesn't cost you me or anyone else money to post here.  Not a Fuging penny.  So why make a big deal about it.  Especially since I search.  I didn't get the results he did.  Maybe I mispelled the guys name.  Who gives a damn.

People like you, bitch and moan about everything so your opinion means very little to me.  I am done with your insults and mindless arguments.

While that would be a great idea.  He'll never make it to the practice squad.  We have to waive him before we can shuttle him to the Practice Squad.  Some team will want him, they will waste a roster spot to take him from us.   Think about it.  He played DT last year after being an UDFA and now we are move him to Tackle? Most teams know that is not a common move.  That to me is screaming GEM. I am sure other teams are watching. WE cut him and try and put him on the practice squad.  He'll never make it.

I agree he is a work in progress.  He'll be apart of your 53 man roster.

I see that perspective, and it is interesting to me.  But he may be moving because he has no shot at undertackle and this is his only chance to make the team.  I do not see other teams scooping up a second-year, undrafted player who has been moved to his fourth position in five years. That does not scream gem to me, but it does suggest that they like him.

I hope you are right--that he is a gem at LT--they will be watching him during the preseason.  If he does well, you could be right.  If he shows to be a project, which is what I expect, I think he will be safe on the PS.

I cannot tell you how much I hope you are right and I am wrong here.

He was asked to move to OL. But yeah its basically because there's no room at DT. I read an article a while back that had Rivera talking about when they were scouting him. It said something to the affect, that Cal coaches moved him from Oline to Dline out of need and not because he wasn't good at the position. Also found it interesting that he was our emergency O-Linemen last season. He could possible be the same this year for the D-Line, if he makes the squad.
