i actually don't mind carolina-chuck even though he can be wacky. kkl and pantherclaw are two posters i can not ever remember seeing post anything that wasn't massively argumentative with little substantial backing or outright insults

AE has never done in practice or a game what he's done this week...period. That means he has improved....period. Let's hope this means he will improve in a real game. The end.

If I recall correctly, he was praised last year as well before the pads got put on. He is a great athlete and it shows in shorts.

Not that I always agree with Zod but I think he is right....football pads change his ability at this level

I have to disagree with this. Ive lurked on here since before ae was even drafted and all ive ever read was a tweet or 2 that he made a good catch. Nothing like I've read this week. Now with that said, I dont know if that means he is going to step up his game and actually become a good wr. I just hope someone steps up, whether its ae or someone else.

We needed a WR to step up--I hope it is Armanti.

 

Forget last year-stepping up means leaving it behind.  Armanti was a project.  he should be ready. 

 

ASU sucks.  I am a Catamount.  I have met Armanti and think he is a great guy.  He told me that he was overwhelmed (as a WR) and beating the jam and routes was difficult for him.  In addition, they had him running some QB and playing special teams.  He had a good attitude about it, but it was getting to him. 

 

Now he has been able to focus on WR--do not underestimate him.
