Right now I have time Warner under a good deal that expires on the 21st of next month. Was thinking about switching to uverse as time Warner was playing hardball on extending my current deal today.

Mainly just wanna see if anyone has u-verse as I don't wanna get in a contract with one of the satellite companies.

I have none, just using my phone. I switched to directv last september and they weren't offering any good internet deals with any affiliates. Twc jacked my internet up to 60 bucks a month. I told them if they couldn't do better itd drop it. They didn't, so I did.

Got ya, think I might go the same route soon. I don't watch enough tv to justify these b.s prices

Uverse is ok for people that do hardly anything on the web, but TWC will provide way more power.  I personally have never had much downtime with TWC, but I've known people that dropped Uverse in a matter of weeks and went back to TWC.

This, as soon as I discovered how they split their bandwidth I laughed and hung up.
