You are a BLACK MAN.  In COURT.  For HEAD BUTTING YOUR WIFE.  The judge, whose name is 'Kathleen McKew'... I don't know any men whose name are 'Kathleen'... that means she's a female.  A FEMALE JUDGE.  Is presiding over a case in which you allegedly head-butted a female which happened to be your wife.  And you don't have the common sense to know that you do not need to be in court playful?  About anything?  It doesn't occur to you?

Stephen A Smith goes overboard with this kind of stuff, but I agree with the T.O comment. T.O doesn't do dumb sh*t like this or headbutting his wife, etc etc. T.O is disliked and polarizing for reasons related to football. As far as I can see, he's pretty clean off the field and seems like a decent enough guy.

Totally warranted....courtrooms aren't a joke. He didn't lose what he earned by breaking probation; he received what he deserved for breaking probation. Sadly for him, the court was willing to provide him with a far less harsh PENALTY for what he did, but he foolishly lost that.

he needs some common sense. Reverence is important in court. I can't really agree or disagree with the judge. Tough to make that call. It wasn't outright disrespectful, but it showed to lack of awareness for the charges. Can't slap your lawyer on the butt, it's not a football game.

This was before the actual video came out of what Johnson did in court. I still agree with Stephen A. to a point but based on the video it really looked like the judge overreached.
