The Golden Calf of Bristol Signs with NE

I like it best when Herm Edwards was discussing Gator-Jezus as a TE or FB....

"Teebroh, has never played FB or TE...he has only been a QB..guys who play FB their whole career struggle to play FB in the NFL.

The best opportunity for Teebroh is to be a QB..it is just a team will have to dedicate packages just for him."

In regards to being a third QB... He would not be active on game day to play in sub pkgs.. So he will be a number two if he makes it n they are trading Mallett.

One reason I have just a little more appreciation for the NBA. The best players get on the court. Sports is probably the only field in this society that's relatively transparent. But for some reason people still make an attempt at corrupting it. But, one thing I know for sure, 5 years from now the name Tibow will be just a mirage. A name more likely to be heard on VH1's one hit wonder story. Now, on to something sports related, the patriots will NOT win their division. I see the bills and miami stepping up. Not that I care, of course.

I'm still not sure he'll make the team.

I'm not sure the statute of limitations for what I said earlier, last the entire season (or even up to the start of it). Coach Hoodie, can kill all those birds with one stone, and still cut him before the season starts, or have him ride the bench.

Remember, he has a non-guaranteed contract, when no other team (including Jacksonville would pick him up). So who knows?

I agree with your point, how sports are relatively transparent compared to life, other business/industries in America. Sure! That's one of the reasons why people with less advantages, status and connections than others, can do so well in it. The rules, performance metrics, and wins/losses are out in the open, there for all of us to see.
