Bucs trade 6th round pick for Gabe Carimi

It's win win for everyone involved.

Bears dump an unmotivated waste of a draft pick with decent physical skills still recovering from a rookie knee injury and pick up a 6th round pick in exchange.

In return, the Bucs pick up a lineman that has physical talent and could possibly put out in Tampa if he suddenly decides to adopt their scheme and put forth a good effort/rehab from his injury.

I'm lookin for the Bucs to be real good this year anyway, regardless of this signing. That secondary is dangerous, gonna hav to run well if we want to be them. IMO

Have to remember the Bucs lost DT- Roy Miller and DE- Michael Bennett, by far their best run stoppers. They have Adrian Claiborne coming back from an ACL and Daquan Bowers coming back from an Achilles and gun charge with rookies William Gholston and Akeem Spence. Doesn't matter how great your secondary is if you can't rush the passer.

this.

and they really only have one DB to be scared of in the passing game. they are built to stop the run, but who does that much anymore these days?
