Reallly dude. 1 million in ticket sales dosent impress you? So u ask how many have sold since then? How many people do u think live in charlotte bro. This aint Tokyo. That's damn impressive. And a capital HELL NO to bosh.

It's 1 million in sales, not 1 million people signed up.  If they did the deal for 2 years of season tickets (which I'm sure they did since this was right after that deal was posted) that's maybe about 1k or 1.1k fans.  I think the arena holds maybe 25k or a little less?  I'm not saying it isn't awesome, but until we know the true sales we can't see 1 million in sales and assume this team's money problems are over.  Not to mention that deal is over 2 years, so they've made 500k for the next year and 500k the next by the numbers we already have.   The new gear from the Hornets will bring in SOME money, but at the endo f the day you need butts in the seats.

When I spoke to my rep last week they had sold $1.5M so it's a huge number... That's $1.5 M in Season Tickets because the mini-packs and single game tickets aren't even on sale yet.... That's a huge number and all they did was change the name.....

We need to be a bad but, improving team for just 1 more year and then the Hornets will have as bright a future as any team in the league.

NBA Trade Rumors: Bobcats Have No Interest In Heat’s Chris Bosh
By Bryan Rose

Late last week, a report out of the Boston Globe suggested that the Miami Heat have soured on Chris Bosh’s lackluster play and were opening to moving the power forward. One such team that had apparent interest, again, per the Globe, was the Charlotte Bobcats who are desperately trying to acquire a big name player.

That will not be Chris Bosh, according to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer:

Boston Globe NBA columnist Gary Washburn speculated in his Sunday notes column that since the Bobcats have abundant salary cap room and the need to make a big splash, then maybe trading for Bosh would make sense.

I don’t see it that way. Bosh is a complementary big man who generates most of his offense as a jump-shooter. The Bobcats need a low-post scorer, someone who can force the other team to double-team. That doesn’t sound like the Bosh I’ve watched in the playoffs.

The trade rumor really never made that much sense in the first place as Bosh is nothing more than an incredibly expensive role player. The fit for Miami certainly worked from a financial standpoint as I’m sure the Heat would love to shed themselves of Bosh’s salary and acquire the 4th pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, but for the Bobcats, it just doesn’t make a ton of sense.

I dont give a crap about what you think. Kemba is our best shooter/scorer on this team.

That's not saying much

Anyhoo, back on topic: I wouldn't want Bosh no matter the circumstance.  He's too streaky and would be a terrible fit here.
