Not sure if anyone cares. If you don't want me promoting this here, Zod, I understand. Please delete if it is in violation of the terms I signed to join here, because honestly I didn't read them.

I've been away a little while working on a musical project with a friend. This is a two piece musical collaboration. Its a psychadelic rock EP we put together over the course of the past 6 months. The first two songs I've pre-released on Myspace with free download. The full EP with 6 songs will be launched on Myspace and available for download on rapidshare at 12:01 am July 4th.

Anyway, its just a little something we threw together while experimenting. Maybe some of you guys will like it, maybe some of you will know someone that does.

Unfortunately, this means I may be around more often once more.

PS. There are no vocals and at this point I don't plan on doing any.

If doing that makes you happy then keep it up but as far as it being good I can't be as supportive.

I totally understand where you're coming from. The first two tracks are quick takes, jam sessions.

So where we out of time? Did we rip someone off? Just not your cup of tea? Let me know why you don't think its good.

The Adventures of Juicy Mac was better than the other. That other one had lines from Easy Rider in it if you didn't know. I couldn't place the other movie lines. But I think your equipment was picking up another broadcast when you recorded it, might want to get that checked out before you record anymore.

Easy Rider, Weird Science, Cheech and Chong up in Smoke, Go, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Shining, Dazed and Confused are the movies I snipped audio from. They're all drug references.

Juicy Mac is more like what the rest of the EP sounds like, but it probably is the poppiest song on the album.

Thanks man.

I'd add a vocalist, but the sound was decent a little rough but decent. It sounded like something you hear in the background during an action movie.

When I can find a vocalist that can do a better job than me (not being arrogant, I am not a lead singer by any means) I'll take them on in a heartbeat. But with only two members, a vocalist is the last thing on my plate.

As far as it sounding raw, I really wanted to balance the edge between pro and amateur production. After all, both of those tracks were recorded on my desktop, and not in a professional studio.

But thanks. I take everything into consideration when messing with music, and I plan on dipping in to every genre I'm capable of.

Hey, I'll take a "something in an action movie" as a compliment. That's pro music!

But, I'll be the first to admit, p0rn ADDiction is not for everyone.

Heh, it won't work out, but hopefully someone will like it. I'm not planning on turning this into a career.

But I will post when the rest of the songs are released.

I have one song with vocals, but I'm most likely just going to release the instrumental version and keep back the vocals until I release the album, which will most likely be next 4th of July.

This is actually more of an advertisement for a band than an actual band right now.

If nothing else, I produced these tracks 100% myself. I'm only one of the two musicians performing. So maybe I have a future as a producer. Most people can't tell its a desktop studio.
