He's a bit of a noted Kobe hater. Just about everyone on this board is for whatever reason. They would all have you believe that Kobe is a glorified role player who's team wins in-spite of him lol. People are a prisoner of the moment.

Anyways, I don't want to get into that whole debate again. LBJ and the Heat deserve all of the shine tonight.

Honestly I'll admit that I am a bit bias because I am a huge Kobe fan, but at the same time I can recognize greatness, ya know? We've had discussions on this board where posters have said that Kobe isn't even close to top 10. 

 

Anyways, I think I may have to move LeBron to #11 or #10 on my list. Back to back titles is huge, and it takes a lot out of you. He had a subpar first few games, but his game 6 and game 7 was MJ like. Although, that's where the comparisons should stop.

The Heat has been to 3 straight finals. VERY Hard to go to 4 straight. Will be interesting to see what they do in the offseason.

Yeah, I do agree with that. Personally, I feel like Kobe is the best player since MJ (although LBJ does have a shot to claim that title -- but he needs a couple more rings imo), but Duncan is right there with Kobe and I probably wouldn't have a problem if someone put Duncan over Kobe.
