I can dig it all. I grew up on eastern style and Lexington. Western NC came later. I tried authentic Texas BBQ and it was really good too. I have tried Memphis and KC style, but not the product from the actual areas and while good, I imagine the real stuff is better. I moved to SC and have grown to even enjoy mustard based pulled pork as well. No, it is just mustard squeezed on top of pork just like eastern style is not just a bottle of vinegar poured over top of the meat. -

Hope Koch recovers (he’s stated numerous times he doesn’t like to be called “koochie”) soon. But he does not instill confidence in the crease. I don’t have any confidence in any of our goalies, healthy or not. Andersen when available gives us the best chance to win but he’s never available. Team has to explore trade options soon.
