I grilled burgers once. It was definitely an adventure, but never try it. Wasn't that good, stick to the microwave for that one.

I've always wondered what skunk would taste like... I'm serious! Surely somebody's tried it through out the ages. I wonder if it taste like it smells?

Fresh mahi fillets are superb.

btw...Amazon has the Weber Time to Grill book for Kindle for Free right now. I don't have a kindle, but you can read it from the Amazon cloud I think. Free is good.

you said interesting.   i've grilled bananas, pineapples, asparagus, zuchini, squash, tomatoes...plenty of "odd" stuff

one of my favorites to grill next to ribeyes, etc, is a thick cut pork chop which i might top with some grilled pineapple next time.
