I believe I would not be upset if I had RG3 (HEALTHY), Luck, or Wilson on my team. Not sure about kaep, he had really good team but he might would be in this list next year.

However, I would choose Cam to lead my team for the next 15 years. I would rather have Cam over rg3, wilson, and kaep because of size; I would want him over Luck because of arm strength. Also, this is just my OPINION, but i believe he has higher portential.

No one can truly say, and be accurate, that Cam hasn't played the same if not better than the young qbs mentioned. He is also the least polished. So when it does start clicking for him....He will the best. IMHO

Romo shouldn't even be on this list near Cam at all. Out of all the quarterbacks on the list he should be the last one mentioned. Cam is two times better than Romo. Half of Cowboys fans don't even like him. I can't even believe they put Vick near Cam. We are talking about the best quarterback at this time and Vick, Rivers, Dalton, Homo, and Bradford just aren't near him right now. RG3, Luck, Kearpatrick, and Wilson are not better than Cam, but they are all at the about the same level.

Last season in the 4th quarter when the game was within 7 Romo had a 64.6 completion %, 5 TDs, and 2 INTs. The season he had a 60.8 completion %, 6 TDs, and 2 INTs. Don't know why people keep saying this but he has played more than good enough to win in the 4th quarter.

Statistics don't always equal timing. Good play in the 4th quarter for a QB is a combination of stats, leadership, and making the right plays at the right times.

Romo has proven to be a bad 4th quarter decision maker. Not saying he's bad about throwing picks, fumbling, etc. all the time (although he's lost a number of games due to both), but he always seems to be involved in his team making the wrong play at the wrong time.

And his record as a starter accurately reflects that. But don't think I'm saying it's all Romo's fault that the Cowboys suck, I'm not being unrealistic.

So Romo has an 11 higher completion %, 530 more yards, 5 more TDs, and 1 more INT than Luck, yet he isn't close to Cam but Luck is? Please explain that one.

I agree Romo has had some terrible 4th quarter, I just disagree that he can't win in the 4th quarter. I think it falls more on the entire team. Even when he has a great 4th quarter they still tend to lose just as often as they win.

It's not that he can't, it's just that he consistently hasn't

the rapist won two super bowls, I'd put him ahead of cam. I would also put rivers near or above cam as well, although his last two years have been a disappointment, he is still a great QB. like it or not, Romo is a hell of a QB and has just as many super bowls as cam, I'd say he's an acceptable guy above cam.

I ll give you the rapist easy, but at this point in his career no way am i giving you rivers. I'm 50/50 on romo.

I can see the argument to have Big Ben or Romo higher than Cam (as well as not to).

I can even give it to Flacco, based off what I seen in the playoff's (and not just cause he won a Superbowl).

Rivers is a bit more shaky. We would only be going on history, and what we know/think he can do? Cause Phillip hasn't done much recently, and looks bad quite often. I don't watch him every week though.

Maybe he's another Steve Smith, awaiting his Cam Newton of a receiver???

I'm giving Rivers a pass over the last two years due to the fact that he has had no supporting cast other than antonio gates, a swiss cheese offensive line, and a running back who is always hurt.

As much as I love smitty, If someone offered a clean swap of Chargers receiving core as a whole vs. the Panthers, I'd take it. They don't have a single receiver better than 89, but as a group they have the Panthers beat

Floyd, Alexander, Meachem, and of course a future HOF'er in Gates.

Ok, then Rivers has problems. Lol

Agreed...his offensive line and running game have really screwed his career up.

I'm split on Philip Rivers. He's a good family man, a devout religious man that doesn't advertise it like The Golden Calf of Bristol, but yet he's such a pouty, whiny, Jay Cutler-like dramatic baby.

Then again, he went to State so whatever screw him.

Honestly I'll take Luck over Cam right now despite the turnovers just because he's already taken a team of nothing and led them to the playoffs.  Damn impressive.  I'll take Cam over RG3 for now because RG3's injuries.  Cam has the talent to be better than every QB under 25, but he needs to give us a winning season this year.

I just can't help but believe luck had an easier road. His division was easier, in the panthers worse 11 games (cams rookie year) they averaged more points than the Colts' opponents in the Colts' 11 wins. Their majority of wins came against teams like the dolphins, jags, titans, browns, and bills.

If Cam would hav been drafted to Colts same year and same situation, he would hav took them to playoffs too.

Another thing, evryone speaks of luck's weak line. He was sacked 41 times. But Cam was sacked 35 times. Not to mention luck attempted 100 more passes than Cam. That's 100 more times u could get sacked. Luck was sacked 6.5% of the time, while Cam was sacked 6.7% of the time.

Luck is a beast; I'm just not THAT impresses knowing the top 5 young QBs could hav done the same thing in luck's position.

Id like to point a fine article about Luck's season per Bucky Brooks on NFL.com in regards to Luck. The Myth of Andrew " neckbeard "Luck is not entirely inspirational and rosey...great point that should prompt at least an eyebrow raise.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000204655/article/andrew-luck-vs-colin-kaepernick-which-young-qb-is-superior

Bucky Brooks:

Now, I must express some concern about Luck's declining play over the final month of the season. While the Colts won four of their final five regular-season games, the rookie standout failed to record a completion percentage greater than 50 in any of those contests.

Additionally, he surpassed 200 passing yards just twice in that span. Although numbers only reveal a small part of the equation, the fact that Luck didn't perform at his best down the stretch deserves mention.

Captian Obvious point: Winning is a Huge bandaid the Panthers need...half these articles and post would be about a certain team in the Carolinas if they can make a damn playoff run!!
