Official Sammich of Carolina Huddle

Obvious choice would be Cajun Filet sandwich.

Something out of left field, the "El Kentucky" from Hutch and Harris here in Winston-Salem. It's a huge buttermilk-battered fried chicken breast topped with pepper jack cheese, applewood smoked bacon, pico de gallo, lettuce and tomatoe. It's phenomenal.

Toasted Peanut Butter and Jelly. An American classic. And probably the #1 sammich most huddlers get in their lunch bag. I have a bowl of Tomato soup and toasted PBJ at least once a week.

Unless you are referring to a different kind of sammich? In that case. Jessica Beil on the bottom, and that little thing, Mila Kunis on top.

I just realized we do not have an official sammich.

Any suggestions on the Sammich that is worthy of such a noble title?

Two slices of Wheat. (lightly toasted)

Tavern Ham

Oven Gold Turkey

Roast Beef.

Cheese (your choice)

Lettuce.

Tomato (if thats your thing)

Onion

Salt

Pepper

Mayo

Mustard

My world famous "Panther Burgers" are and always will be the official sandwich of the Panthers and Mr.Touchdown tailgates.

Since I can't reveal the recipe, the cajun filet sandwich is a good pick.

BBQ done correctly (vinegar based) is also a nice choice.
