Last year should've been a winning season were it not for some moronic coaching decisions.  Like rayzor in particular, I'm concerned about retaining Rivera and promoting Shula because of their history of poor coaching decisions in the heat of the moment, but I can see the logic in giving them one last season.  But we're on the cusp of a half decade out of the playoffs, and that can't be acceptable any longer. 

 

That, and I want the Rivera who promised aggression and dictating to the other team what we're going to do, that we had in his introductory press conference. 

 

The Bears game, and Atlanta I... ugh, we could've been 9-7 at least so easily.
