Veteran corners make impression with Panthers

LOL at your life.

You know nothing about my life or anyone else's on this board unless they tell you,  but from your troll-ish (and yes that is a double entendre) statements on the Huddle, I can tell that your life obviously has some shortcomings. That's not a life worth laughing at, but it is very sad.

Do you and me a favor and stop talking to me.  As a matter of fact, I'll do myself and you a favor by making you the first person that I have ever ignored/blocked on the Huddle. Happy Trolling!

Lol Relax

It's amazing what football does to people.

Topic wise, I listened to Rivera's coments on OTA's (the video is on Panthers.com), and Rivera mentions how well Florence is already doing. Rivera noted that there was a particular play where Florence recognized the route and communicated to one of the young guys that the wide out was running a dig route.

Chico also said that Florence has been helping the young corners with routes simply by the way the wide outs are lined up (and their stance).

We obviously could have used Flo last year in Chicago to communicate with McDermott that the Bears were running the same damn play on their last drive.

Unless you follow the team that these guys played with you cannot determine whether it was skill or scheme that did the guy in.

Did he have a pass rush?  What was the scheme?   I think there are too many variables to say because he had a bad year with Detroit or a few in a row with Detroit and Buffalo to say he now sucks.

I am NOT saying he doesn't but I don't see Gettleman reaching on players just to sign one.  I would hope he did his homework and believes he is going to be a good fit for us.
