Oladipo at #4?

Recommended Posts

I didn't want to start a new thread for this but people are saying that Oladipo is being considered for the number one overall pick... could be a smokescreen.

Sources tell ESPN that the Cavs are now considering Indiana SG/SF Victor Oladipo at No. 1 overall.

Thanks to his ACL tear and concerns surrounding his offensive abilities, Kentucky C Nerlens Noel's grip on the top spot is tenuous. The Cavs have been linked to Oladipo, Maryland C Alex Len and Kansas SG Ben McLemore in the last week. Oladipo would provide a much-needed defensive presence on the wing, complementing the high-scoring backcourt of Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters. It wouldn't be a crazy pick.

I don't like this. we need scoring. Oldapido is a great player, but we really don't need him. I think MKG has more potential

you make a decent point May 24th version of me, but now you are a month more intelligent and know that Oladipo's potential is great.

you also said Oldapido idiot

He's got the highest upside of anyone in the draft and is really the only one in the draft as it looks right now that has elite superstar potential.

Oladipo himself said he doesn't see himself as an all-star player, but instead a very good role player. So, tell me how he has elite superstar potential. I dont believe the D-Wade comparison a bit.
