Looked it up. The Kugbila report actually comes from Ravens beat writer Aaron Wilson (generally a reliable source).

To be clear, Wilson said they have agreed to terms on a four year deal, so Kugbila isn't technically "signed" yet.

Heard a rumor today that Short tore the miniscus in one of his knees during rookie camp.  Not an overly serious injury, but he will most likely miss offseason workouts and the pre-season for precaution. 

 

Has anyone else seen this reported anywhere?  Are press allowed access to mini-camp?

 

Not saying this is legit, but I don't have any reason to doubt my source.
