started a little weird at first, but fuging outstanding overall. a great adaptation of f. scott fitzgerald's novel (in my opinion, i'm no am. lit. scholar) and raises some fascinating questions about opulence and the american dream.

 

i am freshly inspired to finally finish up my book.

Favorite book of all time, haven't had a chance to see the new movie but I've been waiting for the release for a year. The old one with Redford was even solid IMO.

Movie was very good. Really enjoyed how everything was told and shown. Would recommend giving it a watch

It was exactly like I imagined everything in the book. Problem is, I didn't really like the book. Too vague and obscure for me. Seems like everything was left so incredibly wide open for interpretation, and I couldn't dig it.
