I don't tend to look at who is cut and compare it to guys (at other positions) that I think should be cut.

More meaningful to look within that one postiion to see who is here and who is let go.

I fully expect both Fua and Armanti to be gone by the start of the season.

With the additions of Barner, Ginn, and Adams.....Armanti's potential at ST's in drastically minimized. Not to mention that he was never a real asset as a WR....and we upgraded that with the additions of Hixon and Ginn.

With the drafting of Star and KK, Fua is on the outside looking in.

Adams was a failure out the gate. Have to believe he's not that much safer than edwards who could atleast hold ontk the ball at this point.

This. This x10. Joe Adams is a guy around here that many have given up on after his rookie NFL season which is damn near laughable. At worst, he learns behind Ted Ginn for a season and picks up some positive habits in order to contribute in the future.

Weird timing on this.  I wonder what happened?  Maybe something we don't know about?  Attitude, injuries, off-field stuff?  Either way, the kid showed promise.  If Gettleman knew he didn't fit in with what he wanted to do, then releasing him now was the best favor he could've done the guy.  Plenty of time to weigh his options and try to find the right camp to get into.

As everyone said, they cut him early to be fair to him to find another team. Rivera has always praised Keiser, he traveled back and forth last off season from NC to CA to finish his degree at Stanford.

True enuff, i don't think he'll be treated the same was as armanti who was making the change to wr and return man. Adams has been a return man his whole career and there is no excuse for the drops. He looked average at best with his ability to shake defenders his one good ability. Armanti is faster however and better wr at this point.

Bad idea Gettleman!!! Another demerit for you. I'm sure Keiser has more potential then the person that is going to replace him, unless that spot is Robert Lester.
